We're hiring talented IT professionals to join our growing team in Maharashtra.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to our clients across Maharashtra, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining desktop and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to enterprise IT tools used by businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line desktop support to end users (remote and on-site)
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 — user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams
- Administer OneDrive and SharePoint Online — permissions, document libraries, site maintenance
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues — hardware, software, and connectivity
- Support Active Directory user management and Group Policy
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting — LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity
- Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and client communication
- Assist senior engineers with server and cloud infrastructure tasks
Required Skills
- Microsoft 365 administration — Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Windows 10 / 11 desktop support and troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory and user account management
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client issues simultaneously
Good to Have
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, or any Microsoft 365 cert)
- Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience with Intune device management
- Exposure to VPN setup or basic network configuration
- Tally or accounting software support experience
